Damaged Parcels

Please check that all items are in satisfactory condition upon reception. L’oiseau bleu boutique kindly reminds customers to inspect their parcel upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person and to notify the transporter as well as L’oiseau bleu boutique of any abnormality (bumps, scratches, or damages).

If items are in satisfactory condition, the customer may be required to sign the delivery slip confirming the items were received in good condition. Once signed, the product may be considered accepted, and complaints related to the condition of the parcel may not be accepted thereafter.
